1956 Grand-Daddy Trophy Fish
Fish, stuffing & wood.Overall 15"x27".
24" + Stuffed Rainbow Trout, mounted onto a 15"x27"oval wooden board by Carl Heilman of Melrose Mass. in June of 1956. To give you an idea of how big this fish is, his belly is 6" wide, his flapping, tail is 5" wide and his open mouth is so big he could have nearly swallowed a golf ball. This big brave fish recently underwent minor reconstructive fin surgery-now considered to be in fair health for a 50 year old trophy!
